Follow-up support

We want to make sure that you feel excited about your hearing aids. To ensure that you feel comfortable with the sound, care and cleaning of your hearing aids we provide two free follow up services after you have purchased your new devices. Our front staff are also well trained and well equipped to support you in demonstrating the day to day maintenance of your hearing aids. We provide monthly support visits to 13 retirement villages in Pretoria. During these visits we answer any questions you have regarding your hearing aids, clean them, and make sure you have enough batteries and cleaning tools to last you the month.
